International Synergies Northern Ireland, in collaboration with GemX, are hosting its first 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲-𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 of the year—an interactive, in-person event designed to help organisations unlock value from surplus resources, improve efficiency, and explore new collaborative opportunities.

This workshop will bring together organisations from across all sectors to identify what they HAVE (excess materials, by-products, underused assets, or services) and what they WANT (resources, inputs, or solutions they need). Through facilitated discussions and structured matching sessions, participants will explore practical opportunities to reduce waste, cut costs, and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
