Peter Cheese CEO of the CIPD, this week said, during in his key note speech at this year’s CIPD annual conference, that HR are often the ‘cobbler’s children’ when it comes to investing in our own learning.
This seminar will look at the 8 key competencies for HR Practitioners and Business Partners identified by the CIPD, as well as looking other important skills such as problem solving, relationship building and personal resilience.
We will bring new insights fresh from the CIPD annual conference on how the CIPD are ‘re-defining good HR’. Looking at focusing on outcomes and using ‘adaptive’ practice rather than ‘best’ practice to achieve great results.
During the session delegates will achieve raised levels of self awareness and think about areas to personally develop and be provided with tips to achieve quick wins and work on longer term self development.
