People professionals often talk to others about the need for continuous development to stay ahead in this dynamic environment but where’s the focus for them as professional carers for all?
If you are an HR professional or People Leader join us over a course of 3 months where you will:

The programme consists of four comprehensive modules, delivered by 2 industry leading experts plus a specific thought leadership module from the University of Ulster.
The modules will cover key aspects of leadership, including strategic planning, hybrid working, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development. Each module will offer in depth insights, practical tools and best practices curated by the facilitators to empower people leaders to excel in their roles. Additionally, three personalised coaching sessions will provide you with tailored guidance, feedback and support to apply learned concepts directly to your organisation’s context.
