With the support of Women in Football, we’re empowering females from all backgrounds with knowledge, expertise, and collective support to create a stronger, brighter, and more diverse future. While others champion the need for change, Women in Football are the ones driving it.
Sky Sports’ Hayley McQueen will host an inspiring conversation with a powerhouse line-up of leaders shaping the modern game: Maggie Murphy, Managing Director of Aston Villa Women FC; Nuria Tarré, Chief Marketing Officer at City Football Group; Yvonne Harrison, CEO of Women in Football; and Regan McFarland, Partnerships and Sales Manager, Northern Ireland Football League.
Together, they’ll share insights on leadership, innovation, and inclusion, exploring how the women’s game is evolving on and off the pitch, and what it takes to drive meaningful change across sport and business. This promises to be a lively, thought-provoking session celebrating the people redefining the future of football.

This is not just about sport. It is about visibility. It is about leadership. It is about showing every girl watching from the stands that there is a place for her; on the pitch, in the boardroom, and on the sidelines with a whistle in her hand.
