Harry is an Associate at Bankers without Boundaries (BwB) and has worked with 100+ cities in Europe to help them meet their financing gap in order to achieve Net Zero across sectors of mobility, energy, built environment and waste. Prior to BwB Harry supported 300+ Local Authorities across the UK in with their treasury strategies, reviewing short term debt and investment strategies including pricing of PWLB borrowing, risk reviews and macro-economic analysis.

Simon is the Finance Director at City Science. He is driven by a passion for creating environmental change through cost-effective, impactful and innovative solutions. Simon brings a wealth of experience in Financial Management and Risk having held senior, CFO and Advisory positions for large and growing businesses. Simon plays a leading role working with local authority clients as a specialist in retrofit finance and local investment strategies.
