Over the course of three hours, you’ll explore simple frameworks (like GROW and SBI), practise using them in real-life scenarios, and gain tools to stay calm, clear, and constructive, even when conversations are tough and the stakes are high.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately to lead with empathy, clarity, and impact.
Part 1: From Telling to Asking

Part 2: Feedback that Lands & Lifts
