What are the roadshows?

The Made in the UK, Sold to the World Roadshow events will bring together our overseas network of sector and market experts, international buyers, and UK businesses looking to seize the opportunity to grow their businesses internationally.

The Roadshows will provide multiple opportunities for direct contact with UK businesses across the Industrial Strategy sectors and places, engaging and collaborating with regional stakeholders and partners to deliver six months of roadshows.

What will businesses gain from attending the Roadshows?

Businesses will:

An introduction

A series of in-person roadshows will take place from April until September 2025 across the UK.

These events are export-focused with a spotlight on Industrial Strategy sectors, with any company free to attend any event across the country.

The format of the roadshows, led by senior DBT representatives, will include a commercial/buying zone of sector/market specialists and buyers, business support zone, and a seminar rolling programme. These events include talks and seminars to suit export-ready businesses of all shapes and sizes at any stage of their exporting journey.

They will be able to dip in and out of the sessions that are most suited to their current business needs and areas of interest.
