Event Description
Join us to take part in the Synergy Project, an all-island initiative to shape the future of regulatory innovation.
Led by Catalyst and Atlantic Technological University (ATU) in partnership with Donegal County Council, Derry City & Strabane District Council and Ulster University, this work is supported by InterTradeIreland’s Synergy Initiative. Synergy promotes cross-border collaboration between SMEs, academia, the public sector, and others through cluster-based development.
The RegTech Supercluster aims to bring together industry, academia, regulators, and government to develop collaborative solutions to shared regulatory challenges. As part of the project, we are hosting a focused session for industry stakeholders to shape the cluster’s design, priorities and pilot activities.
In this session, we will explore:
- Key regulatory challenges in your sector, including ESG, AI, and cross-border compliance
- Barriers to adopting RegTech tools and what support is needed
- Opportunities to co-design pilot projects with regulators, tech providers, and other partners
- What services and supports you would expect from a regulatory innovation cluster?
- Your interest in testbeds, sandboxes, or collaborative R&D activity
Session Details:
Date: Wednesday 12th November
Time: 11:30-2.00pm (2.5 hours)
Location: Catalyst, Bedford Street, Belfast
