Event Description

The summit is designed for professionals who “live and lead at the Gemba”—the place where real work happens. Attendees will gain insights from seasoned leaders and frontline experts who have successfully implemented Lean practices to cut waste, improve processes, and build enduring Lean cultures.

The two-day event will feature impactful keynotes, interactive workshops, and real-world case studies, providing tools and inspiration to drive real change. Attendees will also enjoy networking opportunities, refreshments, and a gala dinner with a drink’s reception. A third day of Tours is optional
