This slide/demo/video-based webinar is presented by publicist, journalist and commentator Tina Calder.

As founder of Excalibur Press publicity management, content creation and copywriting agency Tina has been in the business working in Northern Ireland for the last 28 years and has worked with a number of thought leaders over the years.

In this session, speaker Tina Calder will take you through her personal journey talking candidly about her battle with imposter syndrome and how she built resilience against a backdrop of chronic illness, workplace bullying and much more.

Using her experiences and allowing you to peak behind the curtain Tina will reveal everything from her dependence on alcohol, going bankrupt and the challenges of building her business back up following a devastating fire that gutted her four offices in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter.

Tina will reveal what she does to support her own mental health and how an ADHD diagnosis allowed her to better understand her decision making and working techniques.

We’ve set aside an hour and a half for this overview webinar which will also give you the opportunity to ask Tina questions and reflect on your own stories too.
