Energising Your Workplace – The battle for talent
27 May 2016
May 27, 2016
Talent should not be confused with a good level of competence and most organisations would be doing well to maintain that in all employees. The ability to attract and retain truly ‘talented’ individuals’ is a really difficult business. These people are out there, but they tend to have the pick of where they go and who they choose to work with. They look for opportunities to spread their wings, work with like minded people, and importantly they look to feel ‘enegrised’ and empowered to flex their ‘talented’ muscles.
Having some true talent in house can actually make the difference between being a contender and being a market leader.
How then to maintain high levels of competence in your employees and attract and retain some of the talent?
•In this seminar we will focus on lessons learned in how to energise your workplace.
•We will look at ways employers are injecting energy and dynamism into the every day.
•We will give attendees some insight into how the most talented are being recruited.
•We will look at ways in which dysfunctions in organisations can be spotted and rectified.
•We will explain how connections between people can be opened up through intelligent networking.
