Be aware of the Cyber Threats that could put your business at risk.
Advances in Information Technology are fuelling growth and transforming how businesses operate. However, this is now coming at a cost – Cyber Criminals are actively using technology to commit crimes including fraud and extortion. In the 12 months to June 2015, there were up to 5.1million incidents of fraud and 2.5 million Cyber Crimes in the UK. Does this just affect banks and large enterprise organisations? No! – Recent research shows that the percentage of Cyber Attacks on SME’s has doubled since 2011 with the average cost of the worst breaches between £75,000 and £310,800. Cyber Security training is seen by Government and the IT Security industry as an important step in preventing Cyber Crime.
Come along to our cyber security briefing to find out what you can do to protect your business. Can you afford not to be aware?
