Join us for a strategic engagement event bringing together Northern Ireland employers, Defence, and key partners.
This session will explore how collaboration between business and Defence can:
- Strengthen workforce capability and resilience
- Support employees who serve as reservists
- Deliver social value across Northern Ireland
Hear directly from senior military leaders, employers, reservists, and cadet and volunteer representatives through a series of focused panel discussions.
The event will also provide networking opportunities with leaders from across Northern Ireland’s business community and Defence.
