The private sector’s role in the community is often seen as supporting small community groups or local charities with its own interests. Generally, a company chooses to support a particular community according to either the company’s strategic or CSR goal. However, the effectiveness on the sustainable development of communities and wealth building is still questionable. Can we do better together?

Our partner for this event, DTNI, proposes a new model for local economic development that will create healthier, wealthier, and more sustainable local economies.
