Join AWARE NI on Friday, 20 June 2025 for a sunset dip with a difference at Ballyholme Beach! Celebrate the longest day, brighter nights, and positive mental health as we brave the icy waters together.

This Summer Solstice, we’ll dive into the cold to raise vital funds and awareness for mental health services in Northern Ireland. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or prefer a toe dip, every splash counts to help us continue supporting those living with low mood, depression, anxiety, and bipolar.
