Join AWARE NI for the Sea Splash event on Sunday, 13 October 2024, at Benone Strand, Limavady, to mark World Mental Health Day!

This is your chance to take the plunge for a great cause and raise funds for mental health support in Northern Ireland. Whether you’re an experienced swimmer or just dipping your toes, your participation will make a difference in the lives of people affected by depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
