AI technologies are already being used at every stage in the employment cycle. From recruitment to dismissal to HR Chatbots and sophisticated monitoring tools, their use has significant implications for today’s workplaces – whether that workplace is a bank, retailer or university. At the same time they can be classed as high risk use cases impacting compliance across employment and data privacy laws.
In this session, we will examine a very relevant real world case study and look at issues around data & privacy compliance, AI compliance, bias, and discrimination amongst other things and how employers can mitigate the risk.
