Public Affairs Forum in partnership with Phoenix Energy

Last week, the UK Government published its Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR), which sets out multi-year spending plans across key public services and departments. Its purpose is to balance government priorities with fiscal responsibility and efficiency.

NI Chamber submitted a comprehensive response to the review, urging the UK Government to use all reasonable endeavours to support the NI Executive to unlock sustainable economic growth, stabilise public spending, and transform public finances.

To understand what the CSR means for your businesses, join us at our Public Affairs Forum on Thursday, 26 June. Members will hear directly from Ciarán Hayes, Director for Growth & Economy in the Northern Ireland Office, who will explain what it means for Northern Ireland businesses.

You will also have the chance to hear perspectives from Professor Jodie Carson (Ulster University) and Alan Bridle (Bank of Ireland UK).

This event, in partnership with Phoenix Energy, is relevant for all NI businesses, especially those interested in public policy, regional funding, and economic development.
