2.2 The President for the ensuing year
2.3 Vice-President for the ensuing year
2.4 Members of the Council
3.0 To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year.
4.0 To appoint the Honorary Treasurer & Company Secretary.
5.0 To consider and transact any other such business as may be relevant in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
