Join NI Chamber and NIE Networks for an in-depth discussion on the Department for Communities’ consultation on Disability and Work Strategy, which sets out a commitment to improve employment outcomes for disabled people, those with health conditions, and people who are neurodivergent.

Hear from Stephen McGlew (Department for Communities), Jenny Potter (The NOW Group) and Norman Sterritt (Triangle Housing) as they share their expertise and insights on the Strategy’s ambition to see 50,000 more disabled people in work by 2036, raise the disability employment rate to over 50%, and support access to better jobs, fair pay, and self-employment.

Attendees will also take part in an interactive workshop to share their views and help shape NI Chamber’s response to the consultation.
