The New Entrepreneurship Playbook (Start-ups only, strictly limited)
For nearly four decades, the entrepreneurial journey, especially for innovation-driven enterprises, has followed a familiar path: build a team, raise capital, secure mentorship, join an accelerator, meet investors and scale.
That model made sense in an era when tech products took years and millions to build.
Today’s most competitive startups, AI-Driven Enterprises (AIDEs), are lean, fast and built with powerful tools that bypass traditional structures.
Expect live demos, real-world tools, and practical activities to help you start, or scale, faster. In this hands-on, fast-paced session, Paul Cheek will guide attendees through the process of building an AIDE from scratch.
Using practical tools, real-world frameworks, and live demos, he will show how modern founders validate ideas, prototype solutions, and go to market faster.
