At this event, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on the Chamber’s achievements, welcome incoming leadership, look ahead and hear insights from respected voices in public policy and economic strategy.

We are delighted to welcome Frances Ruane, Chairperson of Ireland’s National Competitiveness and Productivity Council (NCPC) and Non-executive Board Member of the NI Civil Service and Richard Ramsey, Professor of Practice in Economics & Policy at Queen’s University Belfast as our guest speakers.

In a time of increasing global uncertainty and regional reform, Frances and Richard will address:

  • The drivers of competitiveness in an advanced small economy
  • The impact of shifting geopolitical forces
  • The case for reform in the Northern Ireland public sector

The event will conclude with an opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders over a light lunch.
