Ellvena Graham, President
Ellvena Graham recently succeeded Ulster Carpet’s Nick Coburn as NI Chamber President. She is also Chairman of the Electricity Supply Board (ESB), one of the major state-owned utilities in Ireland.
Previously, Ellvena spent over 30 years with Ulster Bank, most recently as Managing Director of SME Banking for the Ulster Bank Group as a whole, and as Head of Ulster Bank NI, where she represented the bank with all key stakeholders, including government, industry bodies and consumer groups.
Ellvena is also Chairman of the Economic Advisory Group (EAG) in Northern Ireland and Chair of the Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall Ltd Board.
John Healy, Vice-President
John joined Allstate NI in January 2016 as Managing Director responsible for over 2,300 employees based in Allstate NI’s three locations in Belfast, L’Derry and Strabane.
John joins Allstate from Citi where he served as Head of their Belfast Service Center providing IT, operations, HR, legal, finance and risk services to the broader Citi group as one of 27 global delivery centers.
John has developed very strong relationships with the local Universities and Invest NI and serves in a variety of industry, university and community settings including the board of NI Chamber and the Professional Advisory Board, School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Queen’s University Belfast.
Ann McGregor MBE, Chief Executive
Ann McGregor MBE was appointed as CEO of the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry in June 2008. Ann was formerly Chief Executive of Enterprise NI and a Director with Business in the Community.
She commenced her career in the private sector working in production/materials management with Roche Manufacturing, Schering Plough and Bird’s General Foods before moving into local economic development.
Ann is a BA Honours Graduate of Queen’s University and holds a MA Marketing from Ulster University. Ann is currently a Trustee of the Grand Opera House and a member of the Senate at Queen’s University.
