Procurement Workshop: The Practicalities of forming Consortiums and Joint Ventures
The next in our series of procurement workshops will focus on the practicalities of forming consortiums and joint ventures.
Through consortium building businesses can increase their capacity to respond to and deliver public sector contracts. This workshop will provide participants with information on:
- How and when consortium building is appropriate
- The practical steps to take in building relationships
- How to develop responses to procurement opportunities as a consortium
