Successful delivery of change requires a combination of tool-set and mind-set.
Behavioural change is difficult to accomplish through traditional methods and classroom training, but we have achieved measurable performance changes by adopting and adapting an NLP approach and toolset in combination with a group coaching approach.
In this talk I will share the approach, tools and techniques as well as case studies illustrating achievements to date showing how personal benefits and business results can be achieved for you and your organisation.
