Peter Crow is an experienced company director, chairman and governance researcher from New Zealand. He is currently completing his doctorate at Massey University where he is investigating the role of boards on company performance outcomes. Peter guides boards of directors and executives teams who want to create effective strategies, realise the potential of their businesses and govern well. People who know Peter say he is perceptive, and that he is a “difference maker”.

Development and refinement of strategy development framework, now in use within the Institute of Directors Company Directors course.
