Your Assembly and you
Venue:Allstate NI 10 Mays Meadow, Belfast BT1 3PH
After three long years, the five main political parties have reached a deal which will see the NI Assembly and Executive restored.
The inbox awaiting every Minister is high. Housing, health, Brexit, climate emergency, education, transport, our future trading relationship with the EU & GB are just a snapshot of the issues awaiting political decision and direction.
The expertise of business and the third sector have an important role to play in ensuring that we meet the challenges facing our society and the economy head on.
Join NI Chamber and MW Advocate’s Brendan Mulgrew at Allstate NI on Friday 17 January 2020 to find out who and what is new in this Assembly and what are the key issues facing the new Executive. We will also be joined by John McCallister, Former MLA and Deputy Leader of the Ulster Unionist Party.
A stable and productive Assembly is beneficial to us all, including the business community and civic society. So what role do you have in engaging with our MLAs and Ministers? Can a genuine dialogue between Stormont and wider society help deliver good Government?
Come along and join in the discussion.
