As Brexit approaches, a UK exit from Europe introduces new supply chain risks and challenges for businesses in Northern Ireland. In response, businesses can map their supply chain, identifying sources of origin, and identifying supply chain risks, learning to mitigate and avoid supply chain challenges.
Through a half day interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to “Family-Tree” their supply chain, how to interact with and evaluate suppliers, and how to manage analyse and mitigate supply chain risks. A worked example for an attendee product will be used to build learning.
