Adapting to industry change with leading exporter
Ryobi, one of NI’s leading exporters, was founded as a die casting company in Japan in 1943 and as such brings almost 70 years of world class expertise. From being a local manufacturer, Ryobi has expanded steadily and now serves customers in countries across the globe including Japan, Europe, USA, China and Mexico.
Ryobi’s Managing Director, David Watson, will take delegates through the company’s highly successful export story and with sales forecasted at £100m by 2019 and the company now employing 500 staff on two sites, its one not to be missed!
The event offers attendees a platform to maximise on the experiences shared by Ryobi and will bring together like-minded businesses to discuss selling outside of Northern Ireland as well as the challenges of exporting. Delegates will also have the opportunity to take a tour and gain firsthand insight of Ryobi’s production facility.
