e-Cert eXpress - Certificate of Origin processing online
Print Your Own Certificates of Origin without leaving your office!
The e-Cert website will allow you to print off fully completed stamped Certificates of Origin in your own office.
How it works:
You access the e-Cert website and register your company. The issuing body is 'Northern Ireland' and the password is – ‘hamper’.
Upload a scanned signature to the site. The Chamber can provide you with a scanned signature: cost £5.88 including VAT per signature (please download the form by clicking here: e-Cert Signature Form)
Electronically submit the completed certificate of origin application to our Chamber. You can also download the Step-by-step guide.
We receive the certificate of origin from you via e-mail. This is checked on screen against your back-up invoice, which must be faxed to us immediately on 9024 7024. When your certificate of origin has been checked and if it is correct, we will electronically stamp and sign it.
You will receive an e-mail containing the completed document as an attachment. By opening this and selecting ‘print’, you are prompted to enter the required blank Certificate of Origin into your printer.
You now have the completed document in your hand, stamped and signed by the Chamber.
Cost: please see price list.
