Chamber Fleet Assist
Comprehensive Roadside Assistance at rates not available in normal trading (savings of up to a massive 58%)
The Scheme:
In partnership with the AA, the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry can now offer its members exceptional preferential rates on a range of Roadside Assistance options.
FLEETWIDE 1 Roadside Assistance, Relay, Relay Plus, Home Start and Accident Management;
FLEETWIDE 2 Roadside Assistance, Relay, Home Start and Accident Management;
FLEETWIDE 3 Roadside Assistance, Relay, Relay Plus and Home Start; FLEETWIDE 4 Roadside Assistance, Relay and Home Start;
FLEETWIDE 5 Roadside Assistance and Home Start.
Roadside Assistance: Roadside cover means assistance a 1/4 of a mile or more from the driver’s home. If the problem is not immediately repairable, the driver and the vehicle will be taken home or to the nearest garage, whichever is closer.
Relay*: When a roadside repair is not possible Relay takes the vehicle, driver and up to 7 passengers to any single destination on the UK mainland.
Relay Plus*: Extends the Relay service to provide one of threealternative arrangements for driver and up to 7 passengers: 1. Hire of car for 48 hours, subject to hire company’s terms and conditions or 2. One night’s accommodation in the vicinity of the breakdown or 3. Reimbursement of reasonable transport costs to allow you to complete your journey (up to current limit).
*Relay and Relay Plus services are not provided at, or within 1/4 mile of
driver’s home address.
Home Start: For breakdowns that occur at or within 1/4 mile of the driver’s home.
Accident Management: AA Accident Management will co-ordinate your insurance claim, arrange a speedy high quality repair and can even help with uninsured loss recovery following an accident, act of vandalism or theft.
Please note that any members that require assistance in RoI would need to take out the European cover
Other services:
Truck Rescue - If you have vehicles over 3.5 tonnes gvw, the AA can organise comprehensive assistance in the event of a breakdown or accident in the UK or Europe (subject to status)
Fleet Europe - For regular travel in Europe, cover your entire fleet with Fleet Europe in one single annual per vehicle.

Employees who assign their car to their company policy only can take advantage of this scheme. They must demonstrate that their vehicles are used for company business, are involved in their company policy and have business motor insurance.
