Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry events.
Unless otherwise stated, all NI Chamber events can be booked online at www.northernirelandchamber.com using our online booking system. Where a charge is applicable, this must be paid for in advance via Credit / Debit Card or an invoice can be requested.
You will receive an email from the events team confirming the place(s) requested one week prior to the event.
Please note that due to the popularity of our in camera series, when over-subscribed, only one individual per company will be allocated a place.
Non Members are permitted to attend one event per year, and in the case of an event being over subscribed, NI Chamber members will be given priority.
Payment can be made by sending a cheque for the amount (plus VAT) made payable to ‘Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry’.
Payment can also be made using Credit / Debit card.
Unless NI Chamber receives written notice of cancellations three working days prior to the event, paid bookings cannot be refunded, and provisional bookings will be invoiced and full payment expected.
Any cancellations made up to three days before the event will result in a full refund.
Some events may require a longer notice period and this will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Failure to attend a booked event will mean no refund and full charges will be incurred.
