Ann McGregor MBE
Ann has spearheaded the impressive development and growth of the organisation over the past 8 years. She has led it to become Northern Ireland’s most prominent and fastest growing business organisation. Whether it is meeting chamber members or greeting foreign dignitaries, her easy style and approachable nature has made her a highly popular and in-demand figure in the commercial life of Northern Ireland. Ann has been to the forefront of driving initiatives on behalf of members and has been instrumental in influencing government policy in the interests of business. Her commitment to developing the Northern Ireland economy was acknowledged in 2012 when she was awarded an MBE.

Sandra’s expertise in commercial activities overseas is extensive. She heads up the trade and export team whose focus is to help companies grow and trade abroad through the development and delivery of business support programmes.
She works closely with members and has a thorough understanding of the challenges they face in today’s global market place. Sandra also develops and delivers innovative programmes to support companies do more business locally and internationally. On the operational side, Sandra ensures that the systems and processes required to provide an exceptional service to members are in place and in addition leads the team in quality standards.

Chris heads up all NI Chamber communications including marketing and PR and is responsible for dealing with all media queries and briefing journalists from newspapers, television and radio stations on NI Chamber issues and events. On a policy front, Chris liaises with members to ensure their interests and needs are fully understood and appreciated at Stormont and Westminster. He thrives on the fact that his job is so varied and that NI Chamber is held in such high regard as a place from which businesses can seek support. Chris was awarded the PR Moment ‘Communications Professional of the Year’ award for 2014.

Assistant Head of Business Services
Louise personifies organisation and precision. She works with Chamber members so that the calendar of events meets their needs. As networking is the number one reason why members join, she ensures the events are engaging and provide tangible benefits, providing opportunities for members to do business and influence policy. Louise is responsible for every aspect of event management from initial concept and branding through production, marketing and promotion and the procurement of sponsorship. She also identifies potential partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to promote members’ businesses. A lot of work goes into organising events and Louise appreciates that attention to detail is essential so members can get the most out of them.
Finance & Assurance Manager
Stuart has recently been appointed Finance & Assurance Manager at NI Chamber, having spent 5 years at Titanic Belfast. He has a further 13 years finance experience in various industries including telecommunications, recruitment and public transport. Stuart is a chartered accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Business Services Manager
Gabi joined NI Chamber in 2015 and was promoted to Business Services Manager in 2016. Gabi focuses on the Connecting for Growth meet the buyer initiative and the Danske Bank Export First programme – both designed to increase external sales. Prior to NI Chamber, Gabi managed a wide range of programmes, international conferences, and training throughout the whole of the UK and further afield for Ineque Group.
Business Services Manager
Petrina works with the business services team to provide high-level sales and planning support for NI Chamber events. Previous to NI Chamber, Petrina has organised a wide range of events in the media and publishing industry. She previously worked for the Ulster Tatler Group organising the annual Ulster Tatler Awards and the Ulster Bride show. Petrina also has a BSc in Marketing.
Business Development Manager
Andrew joined NI Chamber in 2012 and was recently promoted to Business Services Manager. His role involves meeting companies across all walks of life from lawyers to manufacturers. His appreciation of the business challenges facing companies combined with his calm demeanour is a real asset when it comes to interacting with companies who are looking to grow their business. Andrew can help businesses maximise their membership by understanding their business objectives. With his assistance he can ensure companies attend the right type of events, provide access to one of NI Chamber’s growth programmes and help with choosing the right platform to promote a firm and enhance its brand.
Business Development Executive
Lisa has recently joined NI Chamber’s Business Development Team. She has experience in the Northern Ireland Food and Drink sector, helping SMEs secure business in export markets. Her interests in international business strategy, leadership, growth and networking will identify with NI Chamber’s membership. Lisa has an MSc Degree in International Business/BSc in Business Management.
Business Development Executive
Nicola joined NI Chamber as Business Services Executive in March 2017. She has a BSc (Hons) Public Relations with a diploma in International Academic Studies and was previously Public Relations Officer at Armagh Camogie and Technical Specialist at Apple.
With a career in business journalism spanning 25 years, Adrienne is an experienced writer in this area. As Editor of NI Chamber’s new official magazine, she brings a fresh, energetic and insightful approach to the publication. The 96 page glossy magazine, published 6 times a year, will feature a galaxy of news, views, features and interviews on issues pertinent to NI Chamber members and involving them. Adrienne believes there is a real appetite for highlighting the achievement of Northern Ireland companies and top business leaders – many of whom are Chamber members. Their triumphs deserve to be shared – and showcasing them in the Chamber’s own magazine is the perfect place.
Dawn is totally unique in her role – she is the only person to hold such a position in Northern Ireland. Expert in all aspects of export documentation worldwide, she provides advice and certification services to help make the whole process of exporting as straightforward as possible, supporting business at every stage of the export journey. She is adept in the provision of the services including EUR1’s, ATR’s, ATA Carnets, Certificates of Origin. She will also assist in advising on other export documentation as required. Dawn is prepared to go the extra mile for exporters and she takes a personal interest in ensuring that their products are delivered around the world safely, on time and payment secured.
John has a busy schedule around NI Chamber’s extensive range of communications initiatives, with a focus on digital marketing. He is also on hand to advise members on how they can maximise the use of NI Chamber’s digital channels. John also assists with NI Chamber’s various programmes so he can quickly switch from an in-depth focus on the local market place to the intricacies of international trade. He enjoys being centrally involved in the drawing up and delivery of the initiatives and is particularly pleased to see members achieve success through utlising their NI Chamber membership.
Finance & Services Executive
Esther is involved in almost every aspect of NI Chamber’s work. With supreme organisational skills, she works across membership, events, export, administration– and all in all keeps track of the processes and procedures required. From booking conference venues to drawing up agendas ahead of meetings, Esther is at the helm. She also particularly enjoys liaising with members, dealing with queries and responding to issues. While much of her work is office based, Esther loves personal interaction with members and is always keen to receive their feedback.
Finance & Admin Officer
Denise has recently joined NI Chamber as Finance & Admin Officer. She joined NI Chamber from PGM Chartered Accountants and has also spent 18 years’ at Ulster Bank during her career. Denise holds a Level 4 Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) certificate and is currently studying towards obtaining a diploma with ATI.
Business Services Assistant
Louise has been with NI Chamber since September 2016 and works with Petrina on event sales and planning. Louise has a First Class Honours in Events Management and previously worked for the Special Olympics Ulster as an Events and Fundraising Assistant where she managed multiple sporting and fundraising events throughout the region.
Maureen is an economist with more than 25 years’ experience across a number of areas including policy evaluation, appraisal, research and statistical analysis. She was Head of the Policy Evaluation Unit at the Northern Ireland Economic Research Centre (NIERC) and now heads up her own consultancy company. Maureen acts in an economic advisory role to NI Chamber, which includes NI Chamber’s Quarterly Economic Survey (QES).
