NI Chamber attends Chancellor’s roundtable
Chancellor Philip Hammond hosted a private round table with British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) President Francis Martin, Acting Director General Adam Marshall, and businesses from across the Chamber Network, representing all nations and regions.
Representing Northern Ireland at the meeting was NI Chamber Board Member John Healy, Managing Director of Allstate Northern Ireland.
Following the historic vote to leave the European Union, the BCC and Chamber businesses from across the country updated the Chancellor on current business sentiment, and what should be at the forefront of the government’s upcoming negotiations with the European Union, including the unique issues facing businesses in Northern Ireland.
