Chamber Reveals Exciting 2012 Event Line Up
Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce has published an exciting events line up for the first half of 2012. The Chamber, who currently holds over 50 events per year, has announced over 25 events for the upcoming months.
March sees the Chamber resume its successful 2011 Business Pillar series and the annual joint networking event with Women in Business. The Chamber is also delighted to welcome Dr Stephen Farry, Minister for Employment and Learning to an In Camera dinner in March.
On 17 April the Chamber marks their 230th year in a very special and unique way. As part of the celebrations, NICC will be hosting the Chamber230 Gala in partnership with bmi, British Midland International and supporting sponsors Cleaver Fulton Rankin, DSV, Power NI and the Ulster Business School in what will be the first major business gathering in the new iconic Titanic Belfast.
May’s events include the Chamber AGM, an In Camera with Danny Kennedy, Minister for Regional Development and a ‘Greening the Supply Chain’ meet the buyer event with Airtricity.
The Chamber will host their Annual Lunch in partnership with BT on 29 June 2012 at the Europa Hotel. June also see’s the Chamber host a seminar with BT and Google on ‘marketing online’, an In Camera with the Head of the Northern Ireland Civil Service and a summer networking party.
2012 also sees the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce Export First programme continue with a series of events in partnership with Northern Bank, ASM Chartered Accountants and A&L Goodbody.
These include ‘The Roadmap to Export Success’ which will take place in Lisburn on 14 March and in Belfast on 2 May. A ‘Meet the Expert : Food for Thought’ event will take place in Belfast on 4 April with a fourth thought leadership event taking place on 23 May 2012.
